ServiceNet is a non-profit mental health and human service agency.
We provide essential services to people living with mental health challenges, developmental delay or disability, brain injury, homelessness, substance use issues, and other challenges. Because everybody needs help sometimes.
Whether you or your family need help with a temporary concern or with a longstanding issue, we are ready to listen and to offer you options to consider.

OUR SERVICES
Counseling and Psychiatry
We have a variety of counseling and psychiatry services to meet your needs, and can match you with someone who specializes in treating the kind of challenge you are facing.
Mental Health Recovery Services
We provide outreach and advocacy, peer support and residential services to people who have serious and persistent mental health challenges.
Child and Adolescent Services
Building on the strengths and potential of every child we serve, we offer a variety of programs and services to help children address their individual challenges.
Developmental Services
We offer residential programs, vocational training, outreach, advocacy, and individual and group therapy for people with autism and developmental disability.
Brain Injury Services
We provide residential, rehabilitative, and social support for individuals with brain injury, helping them manage their lives as independently as possible.
Shelter and Housing Services
We provide support to families and individuals who are homeless, at risk of homelessness, or who have previously been homeless.
Vocational Services
Through several different vocational programs, we help people with developmental disability or autism learn valuable job skills, find and maintain employment.
Substance Use and Recovery Services
Our professional counselors specialize in treating adults and adolescents who are challenged by a wide range of substance use and addiction issues.
Program Spotlights
Adult Family Care
A Medicaid/MassHealth funded program, Adult Family Care pays family and non-family caregivers for their care of eligible adults with physical, cognitive, or medical disabilities. AFC is a residential option for individuals who cannot safely live alone, but don’t require the level of support that is typical of group residences.
Autism Connections
Autism Connections is the Autism Resource Center for western Massachusetts, serving Hampden, Hampshire, Franklin and Berkshire counties as well as the North Quabbin area. We connect parents to each other and to helpful professionals and schools with expert advice, and the community with autism awareness.
