ServiceNet offers residential services for adults with developmental disability or autism.

Group Homes

ServiceNet has become widely recognized for the high quality of service we provide in our attractive residences for individuals with brain injuries.

Our homes are located in neighborhoods throughout western Massachusetts, and each is designed to provide the kind of comfortable atmosphere we would want for anyone we love.

Most homes accommodate 4-5 people, and all provide 24-hour staffing to assist individuals in their daily living.

In addition to these group residences, we provide several supported apartments and shared living options throughout the community.

Supported Apartments

Our supported apartments are an option for individuals who are ready to live more independentlyeither on their own or with a roommatewith continuing support from our outreach team.

This team works with each individual to help them structure their daily routines, manage medication and other self-care, make appointments, arrange transportation, and plan special activities.

Shared Living

Through our Shared Living program, people in the community open their homes and offer direct support to individuals with a developmental disability or autism. Matches are often made based on interests shared by hosts and participants—such as hobbies, art and music, sports, or participation in community service.

Individuals in the program each have a care plan that includes clinical and rehabilitative support from providers at ServiceNet and in the community. Our program staff provide hosts with training and ongoing support in their work with people who often struggle with some of the daily tasks of living, and may assist hosts in making arrangements for employment, health appointments, recreational activities, and more.

Community Involvement

Individuals in our residential and supported housing programs are involved in a wide variety of activities throughout the communities in which they live, giving them the chance to socialize with peers and achieve meaningful personal goals.

In addition to transporting program participants to the activities of their choice, staff work with them to plan trips to area parks, museums, and other community events.
