The First in Pittsfield will be a welcoming, low-barrier space where individuals experiencing homelessness or housing instability can access restrooms, showers, laundry machines, lockers, a commercial kitchen, and most importantly—connection.

More than a service hub, it will be a place of dignity, safety, and community, where people can begin to rebuild trust and find their path forward.
