ServiceNet’s Wellness Program recently hosted a ribbon cutting and open house at its newly renovated space in downtown Northampton. The event marked a major milestone for the program, which has expanded into a larger, more centrally located office to accommodate growing demand and better serve the community.

Among the guests in attendance were Northampton Mayor Gina-Louise Sciarra and Vince Jackson, Executive Director of the Greater Northampton Chamber of Commerce, along with clients, staff members, and community partners.

The Wellness Program provides individualized support in exercise, nutrition, and overall physical wellness for people receiving services at ServiceNet’s Greenfield or Northampton outpatient mental health clinics—both of which were recently recognized in the Best of the Valley Readers’ Poll. By integrating mental and physical health support, the program empowers participants to build healthier routines and regain confidence in their own wellbeing.

Led by Program Director Megan Reed, the Wellness team supports each participant in setting personalized goals and building lasting habits, all in a setting that prioritizes safety, stability, and self-advocacy. From nutrition education to movement classes and community gatherings, the program meets people where they are—and helps them move forward.
