About the Wellness Program

Looking for ways to feel better through healthier routines? ServiceNet’s Wellness Program offers free, one-on-one health coaching to help you work toward your goals in a private gym and wellness space.

The program is based in downtown Northampton, just a short walk from the Outpatient Clinic—making it easy to fit into your schedule.

Enrolling in the Wellness Program is like having private personal trainer and health coach—for free.

Who Can Join

The Wellness Program is available to anyone receiving services through ServiceNet’s Outpatient Clinics in Northampton or Greenfield. If you’re ready to take steps toward better health, we’d love to support you.

Trauma-Informed Approach

We understand that physical, emotional, and mental health are all connected. That’s why we take a whole-person, trauma-informed approach, helping you build lasting habits in a way that feels safe, supportive, and right for you.

Whether you’re working on:

You’ll have the support you need to make meaningful progress—at your own pace.

What to Expect

You’ll have a private, hour long session once a week that is tailored to your needs and goals. Sessions may include:

  • Setting personal health goals
  • Learning about nutrition fundamentals
  • Gentle strength training or stretching
  • Outdoor walks
  • Custom circuit workouts
  • Nintendo Switch dancing games
  • Cardio equipment use
  • Yoga, Pilates, or chair-based movement

Extra Perks for Participants

  • Cardio room with treadmill, recumbent bike, and elliptical
  • Group movement studio
  • Free weights, resistance bands, BOSU balls, and balance tools
  • Olympic barbell, squat rack, and benches
  • Private retreat room for rest, sensory regulation, or creative activities
  • Nintendo Switch with large-screen TV for active games
  • Multiple restrooms with showers
