Staff and Community Support Makes First Annual Giving Tree a Success

At our REACH Early Intervention Program and in the family shelters in Pittsfield and Greenfield, staff are dedicated to supporting children during periods of transition and change.

This past December, we launched our first-ever “Giving Tree” to support REACH and the family shelters. ServiceNet staff, friends, and community members donated dozens of toys, books, and art supplies to help ease some of the challenges our youngest participants face.

“We have been amazed by people’s generosity,” says Prity Shah, Director of Hampshire County REACH. “With the help of these gifts, we will be able to enhance the quality of our group services, and many families will get supplies to support their children’s development.”

These gifts will be distributed to the three programs in the coming week. We are grateful to the many staff, friends, and community members who participated and made this first effort so successful.
