Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)

Intensive outpatient treatment supports people who struggle with high-risk behaviors, including suicide attempts or suicidal thoughts, eating or substance use disorders, or self-harm by cutting or burning. Individuals with these behaviors often feel overwhelmed by emotional pain and have difficulty in their relationships with others.

Our comprehensive DBT programs for adolescents and adults include individual therapy, weekly skills groups, and telephone coaching, plus family therapy in the adolescent program.

Esketamine Treatment

For those struggling with Treatment-Resistant Depression, the battle can become even tougher, as conventional treatments can fall short in providing much-needed relief.

SPRAVATO® (esketamine) is an FDA-approved nasal spray designed specifically for individuals grappling with Treatment-Resistant Depression and can offer renewed possibilities for hope and recovery.

Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS)

Our TMS Service offers NeuroStar Advanced Therapy®, a non-medication, non-invasive treatment option for individuals with major depression. this treatment uses gentle magnetic pulses–similar to an MRI—to stimulate areas of the brain that are under-active in depression.

It is typically prescribed for 6 weeks, 5 days a week, plus an additional 6 sessions during a 3-week taper (36 total sessions over a couple of months).  Each treatment lasts about 20 minutes.

TMS is not like Electro-Convulsive Therapy (ECT). It requires no anesthesia or sedation, and patients are awake and alert during treatment. People are able to resume normal activities immediately afterwards.

OCD and Hoarding Disorders Program

Exposure and Response Prevention Therapy is the basis of our program, which has proven to be the most successful treatment for adults, adolescents, and children with OCD and/or hoarding disorders.

Services include individual and family therapy, medication management, community-based and in-home support, and specific group therapies, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy groups and the 16-week Buried in Treasures groups.
