ServiceNet held its 2025 Employee Recognition Dinner on Friday, April 4—a milestone event that brought together employees from both ServiceNet and Pathlight for the first time since the two organizations officially merged. This dinner was one of the largest recognition events in ServiceNet history and served as a meaningful celebration of the unified team’s dedication and impact across Western Massachusetts.

CEO Bruno Calouro opened the evening with a warm welcome and offered remarks in honor of staff members who have demonstrated unwavering dedication—through their many years of service and their remarkable commitment to the individuals they support.

“Our shared mission—to help people live their lives to the fullest—is more than just words on a page,” said Calouro. “It is what inspires us every day and quickly becomes part of who we are.”

“We received more than 100 nominations this year, which speaks volumes about the respect and appreciation you have for one another,” Calouro noted.

The evening concluded with music, dancing, and an opportunity for colleagues to enjoy one another’s company in celebration of their shared work.
