Housing and support services, offering pathways out of homelessness.
Our Resource Center is the hub of ServiceNet’s Shelter and Housing programs in Pittsfield. They provide a range of services to assist those who are homeless—or at risk of homelessness—to become more self-supportive.
How We Help
People can go to the centers during the day to pick up a bag lunch or cup of coffee, and to use the computers and phones for their job and housing searches.
We offer one-on-one support and guidance to individuals who wish to set and attain a variety of goals—from securing employment, to achieving sobriety, finding a mental health counselor, signing up for food stamps or social security benefits, or renewing IDs.
We also provide a fixed address which people can use to receive their mail.
In addition, our comprehensive housing search services address issues which may prevent people from finding a home. Through our follow-up program, we help individuals keep their housing after they have moved out of the shelters.
