Shared living gives individuals with developmental disabilities the opportunity to live with people in the community who have chosen to open their homes and provide needed structure and support.

Become a Shared Living provider

If you enjoy working with people, and have an extra room in your home you’d like to share with
someone who experiences the world in unique and sometimes challenging ways, please let us know!

ServiceNet’s Shared Living program is an employment and lifestyle option that would give you the chance to offer direct support and structure to a person with a developmental disability or brain injury.

Matches are often made based on interests shared by hosts and participants – from art and music to sports and volunteering.

In addition to earning a monthly tax-free stipend for your time, and funds to cover the individual’s living expenses, you’d build a lasting friendship – and would make a big difference in this person’s life.
