Fit Together

Fit Together is an innovative wellness center open to the public. Priority is given to meeting the needs of people with developmental and emotional challenges through personalized attention and a relaxed, supportive atmosphere.

Fit Together offers:

  • Cardio exercise
  • Strength training
  • Classes in yoga, dance, Tai Chi, free weights, and hula hooping
  • Reiki
  • Nutrition and weight loss coaching

Membership is reasonably priced on a sliding scale of $10-$40 per month, $50-$100 per six months, and $95-$380 per year.  Membership includes all classes and groups.

Fit Together is conveniently located on Nonotuck Street in Florence, right across the the Star Light Center and the Arts and Industry building.  We are easily accessible on the PVTA's R44 bus route, which connects to the B43 in Northampton.

Fit Together is open:
Monday - Friday, 7:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m.
Saturday - Sunday, 9:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.
