Massage Therapy Sessions (Thursdays 2:30 - 5:00 p.m.) 
20 minute fully dressed session with a licensed massage therapist. Massage helps our bodies relax, release muscle tension and improve circulation. Treat yourself– you deserve it!

Joyful Dance (Mondays 5:00 - 6:00 p.m.)
Is it exercise or a dance party? Either way it is a lot of fun. Join us for a dance-based fitness class that uses up-beat music and movement to get you moving.   There are no complicated steps to learn, just moving to music with the guidance of an instructor in a safe and supportive environment. If you need to rest, you can participate from a chair.

Movin’ & Groovin’ (Wednesdays 10:00 - 11:00 a.m. & Saturdays 1:00 - 2:00 p.m.)
Whether or not you think you’re “the dancing type,” you won’t want to miss this fun class! Enjoy interactive movement games and fun dance sequences, as well as the opportunity to create movement of your own in a safe and supportive environment. No previous dance experience required. Those in wheelchairs or who prefer to stay seated throughout the class are encouraged to attend. Please come in comfortable clothing you can move in!

Near East Dance and Rhythms (Tuesdays 5:30 - 6:30 p.m.)
Come enjoy moving your body to music from around the world in this exciting new class!  We will learn about rhythm and movement from countries in the Near East in a laid-back, accessible way.  This kind of dance is traditionally about hip and foot movement, but will be adapted for all body types and abilities.  You’ll have so much fun moving expressively in this safe, encouraging space that you might just forget at times that you are actually strengthening important muscles in your stomach and lower back!

Tai Chi (Fridays 5:30 - 6:30 p.m.)
Practiced by millions for its many health benefits, the slow and flowing Tai Chi movements build internal strength, help develop balance and coordination, and increase deep breathing capacity and an awareness of your inner strength. No previous experience or particular level of fitness is required. Wear comfortable, loose fitting clothing and enjoy!

Reiki (Mondays 3:00 - 5:00 p.m.)
Through deep relaxation and focused energy, Reiki helps the body to engage the processes that promote healing. By the end of a session, it feels like the body and mind have been quietly rejuvenated—and they have. Try this incredible relaxation and healing treatment for yourself .with an individual 20 minute session.

Weight Loss Coaching (Tuesdays 2:30 - 5:00 p.m.)
Individual 20 min. sessions by appointment.
Weight loss is possible, and it doesn’t have to be torture! In fact, it can feel good! Sign up for weekly appointments with a supportive, knowledgeable person to talk to about eating — someone who won’t judge you, but instead can relate to how you feel, and can honestly answer your questions. Yoga (Mondays and Thursdays 9:30 - 10:30 a.m. & Wednesdays 5:15 - 6:30 p.m.)
Come experience the magical mix of relaxation and building muscle strength and flexibility. Feel your strength, find your breath, and learn to trust your body. We creates a safe and comfortable environment where it is easy to work hard, relax, and find something to laugh about. Specific poses are taught which promote relaxation, healthy digestion, alleviate headaches, and much more.

Free Weights (Thursdays 5:00 - 6:00 p.m.)
If you don’t like using weight machines, then this class is for you! At the beginning of every class, you will be able to decide the weight you want to lift by choosing a pair of dumbbells ranging from 2 to 10 pounds. Come and join us in learning the benefits of free weights and the different exercises that you can do with them!

Tea and Games (Sundays 1:00 - 5:00 p.m.)
Join us for board games and tea this winter.  It's a fun and warm way to socialize with other Fit Together members.

Hoop Jam (Saturdays 11:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.)
Join us for a fun-filled hour of learning how to  hula hoop while listening to the oldies.  No experience required.  All bodies and abilities are encouraged to attend.

The Fit Together instructors work hard to offer you the best possible class. Please help them by arriving a few minutes early so that everyone is ready to begin at the time class is scheduled.
